Auditorium
The Marga Auditorium is available on hire for seminars, workshops, training sessions and other related programmes. We are one of the few air conditioned Auditoriums in the country that provide simultaneous translation facilities (For three languages- English, Sinhala and Tamil) with individual microphones and headphones for 35 persons. Arrangements could be made for proceedings to be recorded and video filmed. Refreshments and meals could also be arranged on request.
Our charges are as follows:
Hire Charges for the Auditorium is Rs.8,000/- per day from 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. Minimum booking: half day at Rs.4,000/- Extra hours at Rs.1,000/- per hour. Additionally Rs.1500- will be charged as OT for a full day on week ends and Rs.750/- for half day. Rs.150/- per hour as OT after 5.00 p.m. on week days.
Hire charge for Lecture room Rs.6,000/- per day from 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. Minimum booking: half day at Rs.3,000/-. Extra hours at Rs.750/- per hour. Additionally Rs.1500/- will be charged as OT for a full day on week ends and Rs.750/- for half day. Rs.150/- per hour as OT after 5.00. p.m. on week days.
Club House Rs.600/- per hour on any day with additional OT charges as above on week ends and after office hours.
Multi Media Projector Rs.5,000/- full day. Rs.2,500/- half day.

The Organization /Institution hiring the auditorium is responsible for the careful use of the building, furniture, equipment etc. and the payment of any damage caused during use.
Any matrial brought into the auditorium and its premises should be removed withing 24 hours of the termination of the reservation. Thereafter the items will remain in the premises at the client's risk. A storage charge of Rs. 100/= per day will be levied.
The hiring of the auditorium and facilities is at the sole discretion of the Marga Institue. The auditorium will not be hired for private functions/ social or for political purposes.
Applications for use of the auditorium could be obtained on request from the institute during working hours.(8.30am - 4.30pm on week days)

02. Audio Recording of proceedings - Rs. 350.00
(for each C 60 cassette complete after recoding)
03.TV - Rs. 150.00 per hour
04. VCR - Rs. 250.00 per hour
05.TV & VCR - Rs. 350.00 per hour
06. Multi Media Projector - Rs. 3500 per hour
