The World Bank Sri Lanka office in collaboration with Marga Institute organized a discussion on the recently launched World Bank report on Higher Education in Sri Lanka, “The Towers of Learning “ and the proposed new Higher Education for the Twenty-First Century Project. This was held at the CIBF premises on Monday, September 21. There were about 58 participants at this seminar. Some of the World Bank publications were also distributed at the seminar.
